I had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the personal service and fantastic waterpark. However, the beach service was lacking, which detracted from the overall experience. The dining options were decent, but I expected more variety during peak times. Overall, it was a fun place for families, but some aspects could definitely be improved.

The rooms were clean and well taken care of, and the staff truly made us feel special throughout our stay. While the dining options could use some improvement, especially at dinner, overall, it was still a great vacation. I already can't wait to return!

Our family vacation at the resort was unforgettable. We loved the activities pool and the staff went above and beyond to entertain our kids, making this a truly special trip. However, the cleanliness of the pools and inconsistency in room service were disappointing aspects of our stay.
